M and R Deli is owned and operated by year round residents Matt and Nicole Meehan.

Both Matt and Nicole have lived in Montauk for over a decade and have worked in the service industry over the years. In 2017, just a few short years after opening Gringos Burrito Grill on Main Street in downtown Montauk, they decided to open a deli right in the heart of town!

They hope to keep the tradition of family run small businesses alive in Montauk, NY with their two sons by their side Trevor and Cooper.
